Forging

Heat the billet at high temperatures and shape it by hammering and extruding it with forging equipment to eliminate internal porosity defects and enhance the strength and comprehensive mechanical properties of the metal structure.

Heat Treatment

By temperature-controlled heating, heat preservation and cooling, the metallographic structure of the steel is changed, and the hardness, toughness, wear resistance and fatigue resistance of the workpiece are adjusted as needed.

Machining

By using machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders and drills to cut blanks, the excess material is precisely removed to ensure the dimensional tolerance, surface finish and assembly accuracy of the workpiece.

NDT

Inspection And Test

Packing
